FREE Developmental Screening Information:

Your Elkhorn Area School District early childhood team will be offering FREE developmental screenings for all children under the age of 5 who reside in the Elkhorn Area School District.

Goal:

To EDUCATE families about the ages and stages of typical child development and milestones.
To EXPAND awareness of available community resources.
To IDENTIFY young children in need of further assessment or early intervention services

What Screenings Cover:

Speech & Language
Large Motor Skills (Like: jumping, walking, balancing)
Fine Motor Skills (Like: drawing or manipulating small objects)
Acquiring and using knowledge or skills (Like: Following directions and responding to questions)

What Else?

We also offer FREE hearing & vision screenings.
ALL families with little ones who reside in the Elkhorn Area School District are encouraged to sign up!
